charming stay in a super central location!!!
friendly staff welcome gift central location
The staff was very friendly and helpful . i was welcomed with delicious pasteis de nata, a lovely touch. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. I really enjoyed that.
i noticed a slight drainage smell in the bathroom sometimes, it was not persistent, though.

the location was really great it was easy to walk to attractions restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet had many choices i found something i liked each day. the staff was helpful when i needed directions or recommendations.
the air conditioning made some noise during the night.

The location suited my needs well. It was within walking distance of many places. The staff were helpful and friendly , when I needed assistance. The room was quiet and clean , .
My room felt quite small. There was limited space to move around comfortably. The shower pressure was also low , which impacted my experience. The air conditioning took a while to cool down the room.

i found the hotel location really good. metro and bus stops are close. the staff were helpful with directions. the atm across the street proved convenient for quick cash withdrawals.
the breakfast selection was limited. the air conditioning did not perform consistently, and it struggled at times.

small room sewer smell
the location was great for seeing everything i wanted to see transport was close by
the room was smaller than i anticipated from the photos i had a hard time moving around with my luggage the bathroom had a sewer smell it was stronger when i returned to the room each day

perfect location friendly staff chia pudding small room bad pressure small bed
the hotel had a perfect location. breakfast was good, and i especially liked the chia pudding. the staff were always friendly and helpful, they give you pasteis de nata as a welcome gift.
the room was very small. it was hard to move around with the suitcase. the shower pressure were bad and the sink as well.
